Privacy Notice
Michigan's Best MSPs collects only the information reasonably necessary to administer the recognition program, verify nominations, communicate with participants, and maintain the integrity of the nomination process.
Information we may collect
Information submitted through the nomination process may include:
- Business or organization name
- Contact name and title
- Business email address
- Business telephone number, when provided
- Name and identifying information for the nominated IT provider
- Information describing the client/provider relationship
- Optional comments submitted with a nomination
How information is used
Information may be used to record and verify nominations, confirm provider eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent nominations, contact a nominator when clarification is required, administer the recognition program, and improve program operations.
A nominating organization's identity will not be publicly associated with a nomination without permission.
Information sharing
Information collected through the program is not sold to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that support program administration when reasonably necessary to operate the program or comply with law.

Michigan's Best MSPs is administered by Falcon Network Services of Auburn Hills, Michigan.
