Co-Managed
For providers that work alongside a client's internal IT employee or department, with technology responsibilities shared between the internal team and outside provider.
How it works
Recognition starts with the client.
The program is intentionally straightforward. Providers do not enter themselves, and a nomination is not something they can buy.
Businesses nominate
Current clients nominate Michigan-based providers they would confidently recommend.
Eligibility is verified
The provider must be headquartered in Michigan and provide qualifying ongoing managed IT services.
Client support matters
One verified nomination creates nominee status. Honoree recognition requires multiple independent client nominations.
Honorees are recognized
Qualifying providers are recognized in the Fully Managed or Co-Managed category.
What makes this different
The client should decide whether an IT provider deserves recognition.
MSPs cannot nominate themselves.
Recognition cannot be purchased.
Selection is based on verified client nominations.
Who can be nominated?
Michigan-based providers serving Michigan organizations.
Michigan's Best MSPs is intended for established managed IT service providers headquartered in Michigan and delivering ongoing managed services to businesses and organizations.
Michigan branches of national providers, organizations headquartered outside Michigan, and businesses that provide only occasional break/fix or project-based IT services are generally not eligible.
